Overeating Hulk, Smash Gamers From Overeating Food

One of the problems a lot of us gamers have is that our eating habits aren’t the best, particularly the habit of overeating. A lot of us will overeat during meals or during gaming sessions when we have snacks by our side. Overeating isn’t good for the obvious reasons, it’s makes it so much easier so we can gain weight, expand our guts and reduce our overall physical health. Rather than telling you about how bad overeating is, I want to tell you how you can stop overeating.

Stop Eating When You’re Full To Prevents Overeating

We all know that feeling of being full, but still having extra space for a dessert or a few more servings. As good as the food is, as tempting as it seems, just stop! Remember that the point of eating is so that you have enough energy to get you through the day. Remember that there’s always another meal following, whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner. You will have another chance to eat that meal, so eat more until then.

Serve Yourself Less To Prevents Overeating

I grew up with the habit of having of having to finish everything in my plate before I could head out of the table. That being said, if I serve myself a full plate, I’m going to try to finish it. To prevent that from happening, I serve myself a little less - what I feel I’ll be eating - and if I’m still not full, then I go get more. But the idea is to not have so much food in front of you because it’s easier to grab everything once it’s in front of you.

Don’t Eat Out of Depression To Prevents Overeating

We all have those moments where the world sucks, nothing matters and a box of Oreos or never-ending servings of Nutella will make us feel better. Find another thing to do in those cases, play a game or something because when you eat out of depression, it’s almost never ending. I’ve gone through a box of Oreos and jars of Nutella when that’s happened and turns out to be an insane amount of useless calories that I didn’t need.

Keep Yourself From Diets To Prevents Overeating

Diets are only temporary solutions and deprive us from much needed food. Diets, diet pills and all that other stuff that promises you weight loss in exchange for money tends to keep you from eating foods you enjoy. When you come across, let’s say a pizza - ‘cause everybody likes pizza - you’re going to want a few extra slices when you next eat it. Not having something for a long time can make you want more of it as time goes by. Because diets don’t compare to lifestyle changes and because they can contribute to overeating, I don’t recommend them.

Don’t Eat Because A Commercial Told You To
I know it’s extremely tempting to eat something you just saw on TV, but you have to control yourself! I love eating Western Bacon Cheeseburgers from Carl’s Jr. and lately they’ve been showing commercials where they’re promoting that burger. It seems tempting, but the truth is, I don’t need it, so I don’t go. At the end of the day, the time I spent eating that burger won’t be worth the time I have to use to burn it off.

Order Wisely
I love fries and I love burgers, we all know that wherever you go you can generally find that combo. But sometimes I’m not that hungry, a simple burger will do. Getting the fries along with the burger would only lead to overeating, so instead I don’t order the fries. Try to be wise when you go out and order food.
