Just about everyone knows Marvel is one of the biggest contenders in the world of comics. These incredible works of art would not be possible without the creative minds of the artists and writers who put their lives’ work into the pages. Sam Humphries is one of those amazing people who spends his time bringing the characters of the Marvel Universe to life for readers to enjoy.
Marvel is a massive comic book creator responsible for the creation of The Avengers, Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Spider-Man, Captain America and much more. They have also been working on numerous films, video games and television shows for their dedicated fans to enjoy. The company constantly has new works and creations on the way, so you never know what they are going to think of next.
Sam Humphries is from Los Angeles and started his work by self creating comic books such as Sacrifice and Fanboys vs. Zombies. His work caught the attention of the people at Marvel, thus beginning his journey on their team. Now a part of the Marvel team, he has been working on projects such as Legendary Star-Lord, Avengers A.I. and more.
Our very own Tamika Moultrie had the chance to talk with Sam Humphries for a little while at the New York Comic Con, during which he was able to detail his life in comics, projects he has been working on and Marvel: Contest of Champions. Check out Tamika’s conversation with Sam Humphries below:
